This is the last prescription written out to Elvis only a day before his death. It was these drugs along with many others (Elvis’s autopsy revealed he had over 10 prescription drugs in his system) that would eventually lead to his death on the 16th of August, 1977. While the miligram amounts look tame, keep in account how many of these pills he would be taking, literally dozens at a time, and I also believe that he had another doctor giving him prescriptions as well.
